Jess White is a nurse, author of a transformational Mindset Trilogy, entrepreneur, and visionary changemaker who founded Vision Staffing in 2020 with a mission rooted in purpose: to empower lives through compassionate, reliable healthcare staffing. With over 25 years in the healthcare industry—starting as a CNA and rising into leadership as an LPN and agency manager—Jess brings a rare blend of hands-on experience, heart-led leadership, and strategic brilliance.

As a single mother of five, Jess built Vision Staffing during one of the most challenging seasons of her life—navigating a serious health crisis, personal loss, and financial setbacks that would have stopped most in their tracks. But instead of giving up, she leaned into her faith, her spiritual gifts, and a higher calling—realizing that every obstacle was a divine setup for transformation.

Her journey of perseverance and purpose has been nationally recognized. Jess is featured as a VIP in the 2025 Summer Edition of P.O.W.E.R. Magazine, honored in Corporate Vision Magazine for her impact in healthcare staffing and recruitment, and named a 2024 Marquis Who's Who honoree. Jess sees Vision Staffing as just the beginning. Meet Amy Vargas-Wilson

Amy has been a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse since 1999, bringing over two decades of experience in compassionate, high-quality care. She began her journey with Vision Staffing in 2022 as a floor nurse and quickly became an integral part of the team. In 2024, Amy stepped into a management role, working alongside CEO Jessica White to support the company’s growing operations, clients, and staff.

Amy believes that true healing happens through compassion, professionalism, empathy, and grace. She treats every client and team member with dignity and respect, embodying the ICARE values at the core of Vision Staffing’s mission.

Rooted in strong family values, Amy comes from a large, close-knit family and cherishes their regular dinners and shared traditions. Her home is filled with love—including the kind she receives from her beloved dogs. With warmth, wisdom, and unwavering commitment, Amy is honored to serve Vision Staffing’s clients and help guide the team into the next season of growth.
